Retractable Injection Quill – 100 psi rated

These injectors are for water mains where pressures do not exceed 100 psi.*
With caution, operators can safely remove and insert the PVC or CPVC solution tubes for inspection or replacement purposes, while the main remains in service. No shutdown is required.
A single stainless steel hook and chain locks the solution tube securely to the main connection.

Non-retractable
|
|
Standard Chemical Injection Quill is our most basic type of non-retractable quill and does not have a check valve. Non-retractable injection quills have two male pipe threads for installation. Referencing the cut sheet; the lower male pipe thread is the main connection while the upper male thread connects to the pump discharge line via a coupling or tube fitting, which can be provided by Saf-T-Flo.

Saf-T-Flo offers a wide variety of both retractable and non-retractable, Injectors, Injection Quills, Diffusers, Open Channel Diffusers, and Sampling Probes made in these materials.
Use extreme caution when using or specifying retractable solution tubes made from PVC or CPVC. Although we do not recommend them, with proper selection, training and installation procedures, these units are acceptable under certain conditions.
