Non-retractable Injection Quills

Injection Quill with Spring Loaded Ball Check Valve & Quick Release Coupling

Non-retractable injection quills have two male pipe threads for installation. Referencing the cut sheet; the lower male pipe thread is the main connection while the upper male thread connects to the pump discharge line via a coupling or tube fitting, which can be provided by Saf-T-Flo.

An integrated spring loaded ball check valve eliminates backflow at the injection point.

The quick release coupling offers a method to disconnect the pump discharge line without risking exposure to the chemical while servicing the injection quill. Used when flexible tubing is the preferred method of installation from the pump to the injection point.
