Saf-T-Seal Tip

Saf-T-Seal is an elastomeric tip that can be added to the end of a 3/8" or a 1/2" solution tube. Saf-T-Seal should be added to chemicals that are prone to clogging. This valve automatically opens to positive pressure and closes to negative pressure. Tip clogging occurs when a chemical solution is injected at a low volume, which allows the process water to mix with the chemical before it exits the solution tube. The addition of the Saf-T-Seal tip to the end of an injector will help resist or eliminate the premature mixing conditions and tip clogging.
