The Series 180 is a magnetically driven, suction shoe style gear pump. A suction shoe style gear pump captures fluid in the space between the gear teeth and the adjacent suction shoe to carry it through the pump. This unique suction shoe design provides steady fluid delivery against increasing discharge pressure and self-compenstates
for wear. The magnetic coupling uses two concentric magnets to drive the pump without direct contact with the motor shaft, eliminating the need for a dynamic shaft seal.
Small Size The miniature package size of the Series 180 delivers performance that is usually found only in much larger pumps.
Leak Free The magnetic drive and a single Teflon® seal keep the fluid securely inside the pump and potential contaminants out.
Smooth Pulseless Delivery Positive displacement, helical gears provide smooth, accurate fluid delivery that is proportional to motor speed.
Chemically Resistant
An extensive range of wetted material options assure compatibility with a wide range of chemicals.
Easy to Service Series 180 pumps are easy to field service using a Micropump service kit and simple hand tools.
Proven Reliability Nearly 40 years of experience solving the most difficult pumping problems go into the design and manufacture of every Micropump pump ensuring the most reliable pumping solution available.
