The PD and PD/2 series is comprised of 6 different models. Their rugged cast housing, smooth tubing bed design and specially formulated hose provide long life under pressure conditions up to 60 PSIG (4 BAR).

The PD series has the highest pressure rating in a process design, dry-running hose pump. These pumps are ideal for higher pressure filtration.

This series offers the dry running design, which provides long tubing life, yet prevents system contamination should the hose ever rupture.



Flow capacities to 24 GPM single hose and up to 42 GPM in a unique dual hose design.

The hose design allows easy hose replacement without disassembly of the pump. The tube bed is designed with two flanges that prevent side to side movements of the hose.

These pumps are shipped as complete pump, motor, drive systems ready to install and start up. Standard motor drives are fixed speed. Optional drives include:

• Mechanical variable speed
• Variable frequency drives
• Hazardous area rated drives
• Wash-down
• Chemical duty and Air operated drives

The standard inlet and outlet connections provided are barbed hose type. Optional inlet and outlet connections available include ANSI 150# flanges, Sanitary Tri-Clamp fittings, and NPT connections.

Characteristic Lines

	The pump characteristics give approximate values for the conveying capacities at various pressures. They are related to the pumping of water. For materials with higher viscosities lower capacities are to be expected. Speed range <100 min-1 is suitable for continuous operation of the pump. Speed range >100 min-1 is suitable for short-time operation of the pump.
